SUMMARY:First Responder Project's 5th Annual "Bearing the Burden" Summit: Reconciling the Invisible
DESCRIPTION:This year’s Summit will have a new format that brings first responders together in workshops and interactive engagements\, to address real-world topics related to the mental health impact of your professions. No more PowerPoint presentations and panels. \nThere will be 4 main workshops sessions throughout the full day event\, with 3 choices for each session slot. Topics include: recovering from the weight of accumulated tragedy\, re-engaging the operational mindset\, reviving empathy and compassion\, improving family connectivity\, coping with betrayal\, and many more. The workshops are designed as meaningful\, interactive and informative discussions\, facilitated by both providers and first responders. \nThe Summit\, as always\, is no charge and lunch is provided on site. \nGet your ticket today\, as this year’s Summit is held for a smaller audience to encourage impactful conversations. \nPlease reach out to the coordinator at TheFirstResponderProject@gmail.com with any questions.
