Retiring Alachua County Sheriff Sadie Darnell was recently honored by Florida Sheriffs Association President Sheriff Bobby Schultz and her entire staff for numerous accomplishments during her long career. Sheriff Schultz presented Sheriff Darnell with two awards. One from her agency personnel and a second for her tenure as Chair of the Florida Sheriffs Association Cold Case Advisory Commission.
