Did you know it’s often possible to DOUBLE your gift for our mission in one easy step?
Many employers have matching gift programs. That means they’ll give the same amount of money you’ve so generously chosen to give, so TWICE as many needs can be met by your gift alone! If you or your spouse is employed by a matching gift company, the impact of your contribution to the FSA could be significantly increased by their match.
If you have any questions about corporate matches and the FSA, please contact Michelle Burdick.
Simply contact your employer’s human resources office and ask whether your company matches employee donations.
Complete the donor/employee part of the form and include your contribution to the FSA.
Mail your completed form to the FSA, along with your contribution or inform the FSA online that you’ve submitted for the match. We’ll then do our part after verifying your gift and return the form to your employer, so they can disburse the matching funds:
