Police Resiliency and Critical Incident Mindset Training

Join FDSA and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Captain Josh Bitsko for a powerful training session. Drawing from 24 years in law enforcement, including his leadership during the 2017 Route 91  concert massacre and the recent University of Nevada Las Vegas active shooter incident, Captain Bitsko shares firsthand experiences and lessons learned. This class explores the intense emotions officers face during critical incidents, the lifelong impact of trauma, and science-based strategies for coping and recovery. Gain valuable insights to enhance response effectiveness and resilience in the face of the toughest calls.
