Important Mail Delivery Notice: The United States Postal Service alerted FSA that it continues to experience unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Due to expected mail delivery delays, FSA respectfully requests members to allow a minimum of 15 business days for contributions to be delivered to FSA. Members should also permit a similar time frame to receive materials from FSA.
