Fleet Administrators Meet at FLAGFA Conference

March 25, 2021

The Florida Sheriffs Association (FSA) and members of the FSA Fleet Advisory Committee attended and represented the FSA Cooperative Purchasing Program (CPP) at the Florida Association of Government Fleet Administrators (FLAGFA) Conference held in Daytona Beach, Florida on March 16-19, 2021.

This conference provided the opportunity for vendors, purchasers, fleet administrators, manufacturer representatives, and other professionals to network, collaborate, discuss fleet management best practices, and participate in certified National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) professional training and testing certifications.

The FSA CPP was well represented and enjoyed the opportunity to meet and provide information and technical assistance to a variety of purchasers, vendors, and other fleet management professionals. FSA CPP was represented by Craig Chown, CPP Manager, FSA; and CPP Fleet Advisory Committee members: Roddy Gomez, Department Fleet Manager Miami Dade County; Tim Coxwell, Director of Fleet Management, Leon County Sheriff’s Office; and Andy Conklin, Fleet Manager, Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
