The Florida Sheriffs Association (FSA) established the Managed Information Technology (IT) Services Program to provide sheriffs’ offices with IT support tailored to the unique needs of county law enforcement. Services include staff augmentation, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), and full-service outsourcing for the management and maintenance of IT environments. These offerings deliver experienced resources familiar with sheriff-specific systems, supported by predictable, discounted service agreements, and strengthened by proven CJIS Compliance expertise to ensure secure handling of Criminal Justice Information.

 

FSA partners with Inspired Technologies, its only non–sheriff-led Endorsed Provider, to deliver this program. Inspired Technologies is a founder-led firm with over 23 years in business and more than 75 years of combined experience supporting sheriff office IT environments, including extensive knowledge of CJIS security policies, compliance audits, and operational safeguards required for law enforcement agencies.
