Sheriffs’ Offices, Local Governments & Other Entities Can Purchase Mobile Command Units From the FSA Cooperative Purchasing Program
Did you know that mobile command units can be ordered through the Florida Sheriffs Association (FSA) Cooperative Purchasing Program (CPP)? In March 2021, a Florida Sheriff’s Office and City of Palm Beach Gardens ordered mobile command units through the FSA CPP. The mobile command units are very customized to meet the unique needs and desired specifications of the purchaser. The purchaser selects the cab and chassis make, model, and configuration from the FSA CPP contract FSA20-VEH18.0 Heavy Vehicles (refer to the FSA website at: https://www.flsheriffs.org/law-enforcement-programs/purchasing/fsa20veh18ht). The FSA CPP contract offers purchasers flexibility to add options to best meet their needs. For mobile command units, once the desired cab and chassis make, model, and configuration is selected, the awarded vendors work with the purchasers to identify design specifications for the mobile command unit to meet purchaser user needs.
We appreciate purchaser support of the FSA CPP, and FSA takes great pride in providing superior customer service, technical assistance, and contract management.
