Sumter County Sheriff Bill Farmer reflects on his nearly two-decade long involvement with Florida's Sheriff Youth Ranches and the rewarding work of helping provide structure and stability to Florida's troubled youth.

Florida Sheriff Youth Ranches have long helped young men and women turn their lives around to become better students and grow into responsible young adults, thanks, in part, to the participation of Florida's sheriffs and deputies and generosity of those who support the organization.
