Wills & Bequests – Legacy Gifts

You can make a difference in the mission of the Florida Sheriffs Association forever. Please consider leaving a legacy for tomorrow by joining the FSA Legacy Society. A simple, flexible, and versatile way to ensure the FSA can continue meaningful work for years to come is a gift in your will or living trust, known as a charitable bequest. A bequest is the act of leaving funds and/or property to a person or non-profit organization through your will. An inheritance describes the funds and/or property itself, as well as the rights an individual or non-profit organization have to the funds and/or property after your passing.

If you choose to include the Florida Sheriffs Association, please seek the advice of the attorney overseeing your estate plans. By including a bequest to the Florida Sheriffs Association in your will or living trust, you are ensuring that the FSA can accomplish its mission in the future.

Contact Mickey Moore for additional information on bequests or to chat more about the different options for including the FSA in your will or estate plan.
